Cedar Mountain Acquires Sterling Mining de Mexico
December 22, 2008 – CALGARY, Alberta – Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. (CED:TSXV) (“Cedar”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 99% of the outstanding shares of Sterling Mining de Mexico, a subsidiary of Sterling Mining Company. The assets of Sterling Mining de Mexico include mineral properties in the State of Zacatecas in central Mexico totaling approximately 5,400 hectares as well as significant Mexico tax credits. The acquisition was completed with an arms length party for consideration of $240,000USD.
