Ms. Huntington has effectively led communications efforts across the State of Alaska in over fifty communities. She has twenty years of experience in Alaska Native and rural communications and outreach. She is based in Fairbanks, Alaska. Ms. Huntington is Koyukon Athabascan from several villages along the Yukon River in Interior Alaska. Her consultancy Uqaqti Consulting received the Indigenous Business of the Year Award from the Yukon First Nations Chamber of Commerce in 2018. In May 2019, Native Business Magazine named Ms. Huntington one of the Top 50 Native Business Entrepreneurs in the country. She was also recognized as one of the 2019 Top 40 Under 40 Native Americans in North America by the National Center for American Enterprise Development. In 2020, the Alaska Journal of Commerce named her one of the Top 40 Under 40 in Alaska. Ms. Huntington has been working with Graphite One on community relations and communications since 2014, when she led the company’s first round of community meetings.
